I am registered with all the main companies including Bupa, Axa PPP, Aviva and Simply Health. I always recommend that you call them first as some may require a GP referral.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR TREATMENT?
You will be required to remove some of your clothing depending on your complaint, however loose clothing can be worn ie. jogging bottoms or leggings and vest tops.
DO I NEED A REFERRAL FROM MY DOCTOR?
No, anyone can self refer themselves to an osteopath. If you are claiming from your health insurance they may require that you see your doctor before you have treatment.
HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?
The number of treatments varies for each individual and depends on many different factors, for example, how long the problem has been going on and lifestyle factors. I will be able to discuss this with you and give you some idea of how many treatments you will need on the first consultation.

Yes, absolutely. Any information given by you is treated with the strictest of confidence. Occasionally, it may be necessary for me to contact your doctor but this will only be undertaken with your consent.

I appreciate that some circumstances are beyond our control but a fee may be charged for a missed appointment or an appointment that is cancelled at short notice (less than 24 hours before).

If you have driven to your treatment there should be no reason why you cannot drive home.

You should be able to continue with your normal daily routine, however in some instances I would not recommend that you play sport the day of treatment.
